Porch Lightly sanded, cleaned surface with deck wash, and applied 2 coats waterproofing deck stain.	New Shed Built new shed and platform for shed.	Kitchen Update Removed wall paper border, painted ceiling and walls. Added new cabinet hardware.
Bathroom Update Replaced beadboard on window wall. Re-insulated wall, repaired drywall on ceiling, wall surface, and beadboard, painted the entire bathroom.	Office Remodel Removed built in bench and table. Rebuilt wall by stairway. Added new flooring, suspended ceiling, trim, and wainscot.	Laundry Room Update Installed new flooring in laundry room and bathroom.
